Welcome! I’m excited to share with you the free E-Commerce and Shopify e guide that I promised. Inside, you’ll find all my strategies, along with the tools and applications I rely on to simplify the process.But before we dive in, I’d like to share a bit about my journey…

My name is Nick, and I’m from Los Angeles. My journey began in 2018 when I found myself in a difficult situation I was homeless, jobless, and practically living on the streets with a couple of other people.

Things started to change when I landed a job as a garbage collector. Despite limited resources and numerous failures, our perseverance paid off. To get straight to the point: after about two years, we found our first winning product and started making money. Within four months, we became financially independent, turned e-commerce into our full-time job, moved in together, and quit our garbage collector jobs.Back then, e-commerce was much more challenging, with less information and more uncertainty, but now it’s much easier with many more opportunities.Today, Mark is my best friend, and together we run several successful online stores. We may not earn millions, but we are free. We have a home, a bed, food on the table, and the ability to help our families. You don’t need $1,000 to start your online store you can begin for free, and I’ll show you how.Shopify is easy to use with a user-friendly interface, and it offers excellent customer service. You have full control over your store, so if you want to make changes, you can do it easily.In short, Shopify gives you the tools and flexibility to help you succeed.

Step #1

To start selling your products on Shopify, you first need to create an account. Click the link and enter your email if you’re ready to start making money online.Shopify is really convenient. After the free trial, the first month costs only $1, which is less than the price of a coffee. This allows you to set up your store and begin making sales.ATTENTION: From my experience, prices and promotions can change, so I recommend setting up your account for free as soon as possible before prices go up.

You can choose to set up everything now, or if you prefer, you can skip the setup for now and configure it later, just like I do.

Step #3

Create your Shopify account using the email you used earlier. Even if you already have another account, I recommend setting up a new one for these reasons:It’s affordable after the free trial, you get the first month for just $1.You’ll follow my step-by-step guidance and understand everything better.Starting from scratch is often clearer and helps address any issues you might be facing. If you haven’t seen results yet, it could be due to mistakes, so let’s begin fresh and work through it together.

Step #4

Now that you’ve created your account, you’ll see the Shopify interface. The next step is to choose a subscription plan. Don’t worry Shopify is affordable compared to other software, and the subscription starts only after the free trial and the first month at $1. In the meantime, we’ll continue customizing your store together to get everything set up and ready.

The Basic plan is perfect for getting started. I still use it myself and haven’t needed to upgrade. I DON’T recommend spending money on higher plans that you don’t need at this stage.

Selecting a plan is crucial because without it, we won’t be able to modify and customize our store or publish it online. As shown in the photo below, Shopify indicates that if we don’t choose a plan, people will need a password to access the site. This is problematic because it means customers won’t be able to visit the store or purchase our products.

Customize Your Store and Theme

This part is all about creativity. Here, you’ll add colors, write texts, choose fonts, and insert photos. You can have fun and design your online shop exactly how you like it.

To access this page, click on the theme, and then you can start customizing it however you like colors, images, and everything else. This is one of the best features of Shopify: the freedom to design your store exactly the way you want.How to Find a Winning Product

You might be wondering, “What product should I sell? I don’t have a product yet. What do I do now?” Don’t worry finding the right product isn’t as complicated as it seems, but it’s essential for your success.

Here are the features each product should have:

1. High Demand: Choose products that solve a problem or meet a need. Use tools like Google Trends, Amazon Best Sellers, and social media to see what people are interested in.

2.Good Profit Margins: Make sure the product can be sold at a price that allows for a good profit after covering all expenses, including shipping and marketing. Aim for a minimum profit margin of around 30%.

3.Low Competition: Look for products that aren’t too saturated in the market. High competition can make it difficult to stand out and capture your share of the market.

4.Affordable Shipping: Choose products that are lightweight and easy to ship to keep costs low and delivery times short, which boosts customer satisfaction.

5.Quality and Reliability: Ensure the product is of high quality to minimize returns and negative reviews. This is essential for building a trustworthy brand.

6.Scalability: The product should have the potential to scale. It should appeal to a broad audience and offer variations or related items that allow for future expansion.
